After the crayons are melted down into a very hot liquid they are poured very carefully into silicone molds.

It takes some time for the molds to reach room temperature. When they have cooled, the are popped from the molds to reveal a new, fun Super Crayon! Check out our Gallery section to see some of our favorite designs!
